How much could it cost to buy a Monaro GTS like this?
I just found out that I probably could import one here!

Man, I just went on Australia Craigslist, and 90% of the ads are from the US or other countries. What the hell?

That's a smart looking car. Is it a 72? I have never seen one in the states; only online.

Quite a bit (A$60k+) for a genuine two-door GTS.
Here's a couple:
The four door model is cheaper (my grandparents had one of these new):
Hope that helps!

Unfortunately these cars hit the sweet spot of being both quite desirable and also reasonably rare, hence the high prices.
I wish I had been around when my grandparents were buying fast Holdens new. They also had an earlier two-door Monaro like this on e, and later a Sandman panel van, which my dad used to borrow when he got his license.
